Born in Charleston, South Carolina to Australian parents, I was bouncing across the globe before I could spell my own name. By seven, I was in Buenos Aires, enrolled in a local Spanish-speaking school, struggling to adapt—yet learning quickly how to find common ground in unfamiliar places.
That early experience shaped everything. I don’t wait until I’m ready.
I jump, learn midair, and land on my feet.
Since then, I’ve traveled to over 40 countries, often solo. From Marrakesh rooftop cafes to Brazilian Favelas, problem-solved in transit, made friends in every language, and learned how to turn discomfort into clarity. The world sharpened my instincts. Strategy gave them focus.
Advertising was a natural pull. As a kid, I’d rewrite bad ads in my head. That turned into a degree, then an internship, and by 22 I was running the strategy department at an agency when my director and manager both stepped away. I became the strategist, researcher, presenter, and pitch lead—because there was no one else. And because I could.
I’ve since worked across top agencies and global media teams, crafting brand campaigns, social and storytelling strategies for Xbox, L’Oréal, Qantas, and Ferrari. I’ve helped win pitches, launch IP, and build campaigns that actually move people. Not just noise—ideas that stick.
Then I took a break.
Not because I had to. Because I wanted to. I’d worked full-time through college, through the pandemic, and into my mid-twenties. I needed to live something real. I bought a one-way ticket to Sri Lanka and gave myself a year. No deadlines. No decks. Just curiosity, intuition, and the road.
I became fluent in Spanish. I relearned how to listen. I proved that no matter where I was, I could figure it out.
Now I’m back—clear-eyed, sharp-minded, and ready to build.
I’m an ambitious, curious, and optimistic person who thrives under pressure and is driven by the desire to make a real impact—both in achieving client goals and fostering a positive team culture.
